A 30-year-old Sarpanch was shot dead by militants on Sunday afternoon in district Pulwama.
Fayz Ahmad Bhat was shot dead after militates fired upon him indiscriminately.
The sarpanch with National Conference has received bullets in chest and was brought dead to Hospital.
