BSF personnel allegedly shot himself dead in Kupwara

A BSF personnel allegedly shot himself dead in Trehgam area of North Kashmir’s Kashmir’s Kupwara district.

Reliable sources told news agency JKNS that one BSF Jawan posted Trehgam has allegedly shot himself in his head while performing Santry duty.

They said that he was shifted to SDH Kupwara, where doctors declared him brought dead.

They added that reasons behind taking the extreme steps weren’t known immediately while further investigation has been taken up.—(JKNS)
