J&K Police raids houses of Jamaat-e-Islami members in Awantipora

 Continuing its crackdown on the banned organisation Jamaat-e-Islami (JeI), J&K Police carried out extensive raids at multiple locations across Police District Awantipora.

The searches were conducted at the houses and premises of JeI members and their associates to dismantle the terror ecosystem and its support structures. Incriminating materials and digital devices were recovered, while several JeI members were questioned and bound down under law.

J&K Police reaffirmed its commitment to act firmly against all elements associated with terrorism and its ecosystem, ensuring peace and public order in the district.(KINS)
