Jammu and Kashmir LG Manoj Sinha will chair a unified command meeting in Srinagar on Wednesday.
An official told news agency JKNS that the meeting is aimed to focus on key security concerns, including counter terror operations, infiltration attempts, and the increasing challenge of drug abuse in Kashmir
He said that top officials from Jammu Kashmir Police, Army, Paramilitary forces, Intelligence agencies will attend the meeting besides that senior functionaries in LG administration will be part of the meeting.
Notably, the e meeting comes days after the Union Home Minister’s detailed security meeting in New Delhi.—(JKNS) Aazan Manzoor
